The basis of the PDS system is the Photo Data Form, a form that PDS has uniquely designed and for which PDS have taken out a patent. The bar-codes on the Photo Data Form link the data to the passport photo and signature, even when the form is separated for processing.

The Photo Data Form is very easy for your clients or users to fill in. They must enter some personal details, and attach a passport-sized photograph and then sign it. The individual can decide how to 'crop' the photo to fit on the form. You can adjust the information to be filled in on the Photo Data Form to your own requirements and specifications.
